What is the process for adding Easy WebRez to my web site? Easy as 1, 2, 3!
 
  • Setup your property details, room, rate and policy information by either uploading from our Easy InnKeeping software, or using your private login provided by GraceSoft staff.

  • Upon completion of your setup details, GraceSoft staff will be notified of your new Easy WebRez account registration.

  • Within 24-48 hours you will receive an email including your Reservation Link. This link information can be inserted by your webmaster into your own web site.

There is an option to display an availability calendar only. Your phone number and other contact information is listed at the top of that page.

Do I have to list my complete inventory?
 
No! Easy WebRez allows you to list only the rooms and dates you wish.
   
How am I notified when a guest makes a reservation request?
 

You are immediately sent an email or fax when a guest makes a reservation request. Additionally Easy WebRez provides automatic secure downloads of guests' information to any version of the Easy InnKeeping reservation management systems.

   
How do guests find me?
 
Easy WebRez works from any web page; your web site, from associations' web sites and from many directory web sites. Potential guests come to your web site to view to most complete, most representative, most up to date information.
   
Do I need a computer or Internet access to join?
 

Yes! You will need to monitor your email throughout the day and you will also need to access the administration system via the Internet to collect reservation information, update and maintain inventory and rates and property information. You do not need high-speed access or 'always on' connections such as cable or DSL; you can access all the systems via a modem.

   
What is the difference between online bookings and online availability?
  An online booking is a CONFIRMED BOOKING based on the availability that has been input into the system by the innkeeper. It is an immediate transaction. Online availability allows the guest to view availability online, and then send a RESERVATION REQUEST to the innkeeper. The innkeeper confirms reservations via phone, fax or email. A guest might make multiple reservation requests for the same night and the first innkeeper to reply usually sells the room. With online booking, the room is sold when guests enter their credit cards online. You choose whether to accept confirmed reservations or reservation requests when you setup your Easy WebRez account.
